Welcome to FIT FLO of Greenville, a School of Elite Fitness. We have a BIG passion for training motivated people to reach the best shape of their lives. We introduced the state’s first CrossFit workouts and have grown into a community of athletes who train to feel good, improve strength, lose weight, stay active, enhance sports performance, and compete. Our expertise stretches across all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.
Training with us is not only a physical experience but an educational one as well. Our experienced coaching insight and training knowledge are shared freely within our program, and you can also participate using our online blog and free workouts.

Most people lose interest in their workout routine or personal trainer within the first month. When progress is measured by stepping on a scale every day, the fit of your gym clothes, or how good your biceps look when you flex in the mirror, you will find it hard to have fun and stay motivated.
FIT FLO encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training and flexibility work, all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 6 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the FIT FLO system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the FIT FLO system offers endless variety while still focusing on producing constant gains.
As a member of Alliance Champions, we will provide a philosophical approach to your training. Don’t waste your time and energy on goals that don’t matter. If you think you are wasting time at the gym, getting lousy results, and have nothing to brag about then FIT FLO is for you.
FIT FLO 3-STEP APPROACH
STEP 1 – FITNESS SHOULD BE FUNCTIONAL.
The reality is that life is active and requires you to be strong, mobile, and ready for anything. Training for an active life will make your life more enjoyable and productive.
STEP 2 – IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED, YOU MUST SET EXPECTATIONS.
By learning how to track, measure, and evaluate your workouts, you will reveal the truth behind your progress. If you agree that there is a benefit in having a purpose to your training and measuring your progress along the way, then keep reading.
STEP – HARD EXERCISE WORKS.
If you want results, it will require you to step outside of your comfort zone and into the RED ZONE. This is where results come fast, confidence grows, and people start to notice you more. But, if working hard, sweating, and following instructions isn’t your thing, You can stop reading here.
FIT FLO FOUNDATIONS
FIT FLO fitness at Alliance means being well-rounded and skilled in all activities. Some of the equipment you’ll be using includes kettlebells, barbells, plyometric-boxes, dumbbells, squat racks, medicine balls, bumper plates, gymnastics rings, and more. You will push, pull, lift, sweat, and most of all, have fun! In our classes, even beginner athletes will understand better technique and skill across weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises. We provide two very important foundations that will act as a security system in case you lose sight of your goals and motivation during your program.
FOUNDATION 1 – STRUCTURE.
This means that you can expect to choose from more than 35 class hours per week (Health and Performance- Goal Based Programs), a Certified FIT FLO instructor leading every class, and an inspiring group of driven athletes to workout with every day.
FOUNDATION 2 – ACCOUNTABILITY.
