STEP 1:
FREE INTRO SESSION

Every athlete begins our program with a baseline performance evaluation.

  • Introduction to the Baseline Workout and Review of the Movements
  • 500 Meter Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups
  • Performed at an all out sprint to measure your level of fitness and your cardio endurance

STEP 2:
REVIEW RESULTS

Immediately after the evaluation, your TFW Certified Coach will discuss the results with you.

They will also explain which program is the best for you according to your needs, and point you in the right direction to get started immediately!

STEP 3:
SELECT A PROGRAM

We use the information from the evaluation to assess and group you into the appropriate training program.

Training For Warriors has different training programs available for you based on your goals and abilities. Depending on your needs, the proper training program will be recommended that will ensure that your individual needs are met and improve your form and technique individually.
